Delivery

All orders received will be dispatched the next working day (depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Bondi Sands will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

Australian Delivery

Retail Orders - Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.95* applies. Express Delivery (1-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $14.95 applies. (*all aerosol items will incur an additional shipping fee).
Professional Orders - Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over $250, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 applies.
All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;
It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;
For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature;
Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

Aerosols

In Australia, orders containing aerosol products receive an additional fee of $4, if you spend over $50 delivery is completely free!
Aerosol products cannot be sent outside of Australia.

New Zealand Delivery

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $50 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies to all orders to New Zealand
All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;
It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;
All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days

International Delivery (Rest Of The World)

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies;
All orders are sent via Registered International Post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for;
All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 15 business days (please note delivery to South Africa, Central America and South America may take up to 30 business days);
There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

The data registered by the bondisands.com website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the whole of the transactions conducted between Bondi Sands and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Bondi Sands and its customer about an order made on the bondisands.com website, the data registered by Bondi Sands will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction.
